اے لوگو! اپنے رب سے ڈرو جس نے آپ کو ایک ہی روح سے پیدا کیا 
اور اس کا جوڑا اس کے اندر سے پیدا کیا ، اور اس جوڑے سے بہت سارے مرد و خواتین کو پھیلایا 
اور اللہ سے ڈرو جس کے نام پر تم (اپنے حقوق) مانگتے ہو اور رشتوں کی طرف توجہ دلاتے ہو۔
 بلاشبہ. اللہ ہر وقت آپ کو دیکھ رہا ہے۔

Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women – bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way.

وہ جو آپ کی عورتوں کے ساتھ غیر قانونی طور پر جنسی عمل کرتے ہیں - 
ان کے خلاف آپ کے درمیان سے چار [گواہان] لائیں۔ اور اگر وہ گواہی دیتے ہیں تو ،
 مجرم خواتین کو گھروں میں قید کردیں یہاں تک کہ موت ان کو لے جائے 
یا اللہ ان کے لئے کوئی اور طریقہ مقرر نہ کردے۔

And the two who commit it among you, dishonor them both. But if they repent and correct themselves, leave them alone. Indeed, Allah is ever Accepting of repentance and Merciful.

اور جو آپ کے درمیان اس کا ارتکاب کرتے ہیں ، ان دونوں کی بے عزتی کرتے ہیں۔ 
لیکن اگر وہ توبہ کریں اور اپنی اصلاح کریں تو انھیں تنہا چھوڑ دیں۔
 بےشک اللہ توبہ قبول کرنے والا مہربان ہے

Allah wants to accept your repentance, but those who follow [their] passions want you to digress [into] a great deviation.

اللہ چاہتا ہے کہ آپ کی توبہ قبول فرمائے ، لیکن جو لوگ [ان] کے جذبات کی پیروی کرتے ہیں
 وہ چاہتے ہیں کہ آپ کسی بڑے انحراف کی طرف مائل ہوں۔

These are the limits [set by] Allah, and whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger will be admitted by Him to gardens [in Paradise] under which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein; and that is the great attainment.

یہ اللہ کی حدود ہیں۔ 
اور جو شخص اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرے گا وہ اس کے ذریعہ بہشتوں [جنت میں] داخل ہوگا 
جس کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہوں گی ، ہمیشہ رہیں گے۔ اور یہی بڑی کامیابی ہے۔

And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits – He will put him into the Fire to abide eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment.

اور جو شخص اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کرے گا 
اور اس کی حدود سے تجاوز کرے گا وہ اسے ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کے لئے آگ میں ڈالے گا 
اور اس کے لئے ذلت آمیز عذاب ہوگا۔

But if you want to replace one wife with another and you have given one of them a great amount [in gifts], do not take [back] from it anything. Would you take it in injustice and manifest sin.

لیکن اگر آپ ایک بیوی کو دوسری بیوی سے تبدیل کرنا چاہتے ہیں 
اور آپ نے ان میں سے ایک کو [تحفے میں] بہت زیادہ رقم دی ہے تو ، اس سے کچھ بھی واپس نہ لیں۔
 کیا تم اسے بے انصافی اور صریح گناہ میں مبتلا کرو گے؟

And how could you take it while you have gone in unto each other and they have taken from you a solemn covenant?

اور جب آپ ایک دوسرے کے پاس چلے گئے 
اور انہوں نے آپ سے ایک پختہ عہد لیا تو آپ اسے کیسے لے سکتے ہو؟

And do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married, except what has already occurred. Indeed, it was an immorality and hateful [to Allah ] and was evil as a way.

اور ان [عورتوں] سے شادی نہ کرو جن کے آپ کے باپ دادا نے شادی کی ،
 سوائے اس کے کہ جو پہلے ہوچکا ہے۔ بے شک ، 
یہ ایک بدکاری اور [اللہ کے لئے] نفرت انگیز تھا اور ایک طرح کے طور پر برے تھا۔

Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father’s sisters, your mother’s sisters, your brother’s daughters, your sister’s daughters, your [milk] mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives’ mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And [also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

آپ کو [شادی کے لئے] ممانعت ہے آپ کی ماؤں ، آپ کی بیٹیاں ، آپ کی بہنیں ، 
آپ کے والد کی بہنیں ، آپ کی والدہ کی بہنیں ، آپ کی بہن کی بیٹیاں ، آپ کی بہن کی بیٹیاں ،
 آپ کی [دودھ] ماؤں جنہوں نے آپ کو پالیا ، آپ کی بہنیں نرسنگ کے ذریعہ ، 
آپ کی بیویاں مائیں ، اور آپ کی سوتیلی بیٹیاں جو آپ کی بیویوں سے ہیں 
آپ کی سرپرستی میں جن سے آپ داخل ہوئے ہیں۔ لیکن اگر آپ ان کے پاس نہیں گئے 
تو آپ کا کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے۔اور [ممنوعہ] آپ کے بیٹوں کی بیویاں بھی ہیں جو آپ کی اپنی ذات سے ہیں ، 
اور یہ کہ آپ دونوں بہنوں کو بیک وقت ساتھ لیتے ہو ، سوائے اس کے کہ جو ہوچکا ہے۔ بےشک اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے

The repentance accepted by Allah is only for those who do wrong in ignorance [or carelessness] and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

اللہ کی طرف سے قبول کردہ توبہ صرف ان لوگوں کے لئے ہے 
جو جاہلیت [یا لاپرواہی] میں غلطی کرتے ہیں اور پھر جلد ہی توبہ کرتے ہیں۔ 
یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن کی طرف خدا مغفرت فرمائے گا ، اور اللہ بڑا جاننے والا اور حکمت والا ہے۔

But repentance is not [accepted] of those who [continue to] do evil deeds up until, when death comes to one of them, he says, “Indeed, I have repented now,” or of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful punishment.

لیکن ان لوگوں سے توبہ قبول نہیں کی جاتی جو 
اس وقت تک برے کام کرتے رہتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ جب ان میں سے کسی کی موت آجائے تو وہ کہتا ہے
 کہ واقعی میں نے ابھی توبہ کی ہے۔ ان کے لئے ہم نے تکلیف دہ عذاب تیار کیا ہے۔

O you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion. And do not make difficulties for them in order to take [back] part of what you gave them unless they commit a clear immorality. And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them – perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.

اے ایمان والو! جبری طور پر عورتوں کا وارث ہونا آپ کے لئے جائز نہیں ہے۔
 اور ان کے لئے جو کچھ آپ نے انہیں دیا ہے اس کا [واپس] حصہ لینے میں مشکلات نہ کریں
 یہاں تک کہ وہ صریح بے حیائی کا ارتکاب کریں۔ اور ان کے ساتھ مہربانی سے بسر کرو۔
 اگر آپ ان کو ناپسند کرتے ہیں تو - شاید آپ کسی چیز کو ناپسند کریں 
اور اللہ اس میں بہت زیادہ چیزیں بنا دیتا ہے۔

And give the women [upon marriage] their [bridal] gifts graciously. But if they give up willingly to you anything of it, then take it in satisfaction and ease.

اور عورتوں کو

[شادی کے وقت] ان کے [دلہن] کے تحفے احسن طریقے سے دیں۔
لیکن اگر وہ اس میں سے کچھ بھی آپ کو خوشی سے ترک کردیں تو پھر اسے 
اطمینان اور آسانی سے لیں۔

And test the orphans [in their abilities] until they reach marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, [anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; & whoever is poor – let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant.

اور یتیموں کی آزمائش کریں [ان کی صلاحیتوں میں] یہاں تک کہ وہ شادی کی عمر تک نہ پہنچ جائیں۔
 پھر اگر آپ ان میں حق بجانب سمجھتے ہیں تو ان کی ملکیت ان کو چھوڑ دو۔ 
اور ضرورت سے زیادہ اور جلدی اس کا استعمال نہ کریں ، [متوقع] کہ وہ بڑے ہوجائیں گے۔ 
اور جو بھی ، [جب سرپرست کی حیثیت سے کام کرتا ہے] ، 
خود کفیل ہوتا ہے تو اسے [فیس لینے سے] گریز کرنا چاہئے۔ 
اور جو غریب ہے وہ اس کے مطابق قبول کرے۔ پھر جب آپ ان کی ملکیت ان کو چھوڑ دیں 
\تو ان پر گواہ لائیں۔ اور محاسب کی حیثیت سے اللہ کافی ہے۔

Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze

ے شک ، وہ لوگ جو یتیموں کی جائداد کو ناجائز طریقے سے کھاتے ہیں وہ صرف ان کے پیٹ میں آگ بھڑک رہے ہیں۔ اور انہیں آگ کی لپیٹ میں ڈال دیا جائے گا
